The B&B Porta Santa Lucia is the ideal location for all the families on vacation who will feel at home here, for business and leisure travel, for a dream holiday in a romantic and discreet room.

Upon arrival you will receive "home keys" so that you are free to organize your vacation without time limits, in total independence.

You will enjoy a strategic location to discover the wonders of the city and its surroundings. In just a few minutes on foot you can reach Piazza del Popolo, the Pinacoteca with its Rubens Nativity, the L'Aquila Theater and the Duomo.

Just a few minutes drive you will be on the beautiful beaches of Porto San Giorgio and about an hour's drive you will be on the picturesque and wonderful paths of the Sibillini mountain.

The B&B has been recently refurbished. The rooms are kept in the smallest detail to offer a cozy, refined atmosphere and local tradition.

At the time of restoration, maintaining the original character of the structure has been the absolute priority. However, without "contaminating" the identity of the site, some changes were needed: anti-seismic consolidation are some of the signs of recent activity, but all the possible traces of the past have been left.

To start your day you will find an abundant and tasty breakfast, respecting the local tradition. Upon request, we will do our best to meet particular dietary regimes. The sweet buffet breakfast, jams and candy, tarts and other bakery products are in fact prepared in the house following the typical recipes of my grandmother Chiara, a Marchigian for generations!

The kitchen is available to guests and is equipped to enjoy takeaway meals available in the gastronomy, pizzeria or restaurant, all in the close proximity.

Our guests will have free Wi-Fi and free parking next to the B&B, as well as the possibility of returning at any time of the night.

It is absolutely forbidden to smoke throughout the facility, except in special "Smoking Zone", inside the courtyard on the ground floor, or on the landing of the apartment.

The area is well served by public services and the stop is close to the property.
